Established in 1976 by Bruce Nilson, a local resident of Ogden, Nilson Homes was
destined for success. Bruce’s vast business knowledge and impeccable integrity
aided in the growth and development of the company.
Nilson Homes continued to progress and grow, and in 1979
built its first decorated model home in its first developed community. The
community allowed Nilson Homes to showcase the quality craftsmanship, customization
and superior customer service that is synonymous with its name today.
Over the years Nilson Homes has expanded into Weber, Davis
and Morgan counties, constructed Parade of Homes award winners and experienced phenomenal
success. In 2004 Nilson Homes celebrated 30 years of dedicated service with the
grand opening of its state-of-the-art design center and corporate headquarters.
The building proved to be a wonderful addition to the services already offered
