in Nilson Homes’ design center.
Our professional design consultant will assist you in creating a home that will exhibit
you personal taste and style. What’s more, you will have the opportunity to choose from
vast array of professional-grade design products. From Carpet and cabinetry to stucco
and stone, you are able to give your home the warmth and character that reflects you
family’s personal taste.
Get the most from your appointment.
To make your design center experience as productive as possible, please take a moment
to consider the following suggestions:
Dress comfortably. Your appointment can last anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. Creating your
luxury home is a process of browsing and selection.
Have a clear idea of what you like and dislike. Drive around to your favorite neighborhoods
and take pictures, bring in samples from your local home centers or bring in tear outs
from magazines or catalogs. If you have already selected your furniture, bring in fabric
swatches. You may also browse through the Design Center before your actual appointment.
The Design Center is open each business day from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
These simple ideas will make it much easier for you and your design consultant.
Ask questions! You may find it helpful to make a list of questions and ideas regarding
your luxury home’s design qualities.
And, while children are always welcome, you may find it more productive to arrange
for a sitter during your appointment time. You will be making important decisions that
impact your new luxury home; it may be more rewarding and move at a more productive pace
if you are free from distractions.
