  Nilson Homes takes a great deal of pride in the homes that we build. We are confident that you will notice the difference.

  We place a great deal of emphasis upon customer satisfaction and acknowledgement that Home Warranty is an integral part of your satisfaction.

  Nilson Homes has compiled an extensive Warranty Handbook (see your Homeowner's Manual,) that will assist you in further understanding our Warranty Policy and Procedures. Please refer to this handbook before requesting service so that we may respond appropriately and that your expectations will be clarified.

We are confident that, as well as with our home construction, you will notice the difference with our Warranty Department.


Description of Issues
If possible, we encourage you to attach an image of the issue you are requesting warranty work on. This will allow us to more quickly determine what needs to be done and will allow us to assist you more quickly with your request.

To attach a picture with a request, simply click the browse button below the issue you want to attach the photo for. This will popup a file browse window that will allow you to browse your current computer for the image file you wish to attach. Once you find the image click to highlight the picture and then click the "Open" button.

After you complete all your descriptions and have browsed for any images you wish to include, finish by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the page.
